Does anyone have any tips on how to help grieving Psychic type Pokemon? Especially when you're not exactly at your most chipper either, so they're picking up on it, and it's just making things worse.

I've tried to give them space, but I don't think it's helping. They weren't originally mine, and I think they're still upset about having lost their previous trainer.

My Espurr takes comfort in them, regardless. I find her bundled in them even though she may be drenched in sweat.

Taking them out for a day trip into the woods may be healing. Or whatever the Pokémon's natural environment may be.

When it becomes a concern, I put ice packs over the blankets. I think they make her feel secure, and I would rather that than her being anxious because she is in the open.

I have never been to Cianwood before, but there are many natural features there, correct?

That may be a good place to go, then. Depending on where the Pokémon originally came from, they may be more at ease in a less urban setting.

The quiet, I have found, is always best for calming down.

You are welcome. Good luck.

Thank you.

[That... actually really means a lot.]
