Jimmy? Are you alright?

[Jimmy actually doesn't respond for another fifteen minutes because he couldn't hear the text ping over the wind in his ears. Once his feet hit the ground though he notices that his Gear is blinking and....oh.

Whoops.]

Red! Sorry about that! I must've accidentally sent you a text while I was flying.

I'm fine!

[ladywithnovoice]

[That's a relief, then.]

Good to hear it. Where are you flying to?

[awesmazings]

Not to anywhere, actually! I'm in Ecruteak right now after a little trip to Goldenrod for a couple days...I'm practicing some flying with one of my Pokemon around the routes.

[A pause, then-]

Well, not flying on him yet, exactly. But I'm flying on another one of mine so he can watch. He's kindof nervous.

[ladywithnovoice]

Is it his first time flying in general, or just with you?</font?

[awesmazings]

Ahh...a little of both? He's an Archeops, so he...doesn't actually fly very well compared to my other Pokemon. But he's REAL fast so he's been trying real hard and really wants to try letting me fly somewhere on him. I just think he needs to build up the confidence to let me get on, first.

[ladywithnovoice]

I'm sure he'll do well when he finally has enough faith in himself, if it's something he's so determined to do.

[awesmazings]

I hope so! I think he'll be a great flier if he keeps on practicing, too.

It's been a while- how've you been lately, Red?

[ladywithnovoice]

I've been fine. My hand is still a bit sore, however. I might have it checked out more by a Nurse Joy.

Oh no, I hope it's alright!

It's fine. I just punched a terrorist in the helmet.

Geeze, how'd that happen?

He threatened to blow up Cherrygrove. I told him I wouldn't let him.

Things escalated.

Well, it sounds like Cherrygrove is still around, so whatever you did must've stopped him!

Things were falling apart already when I got to the scene. I just finished things off, I guess.

[awesmazings]

Well, I'm glad. I hope your hand gets better soon, though.

By the way, I was gonna ask...I betcha you prolly noticed Royce's post he made a couple weeks ago. I never thought I'd see him up in a tree like that.

Actually he does that all the time... I think it helps him think.

I'm not sure I'm ever going to get him down now.

But that means he'll be able to get a lot of thinking done, right?

It'd be nice if he came back down to earth now and then instead of doing so much thinking.

Aw, he's prolly just got a lot of important stuff on his mind. He seems like that kinda guy.

Technology, architecture.... I think those are the kinds of things he thinks about the most.

Does he ever talk to you about it?

A little bit... But I'm afraid I'm not really a person who gets that sort of thing easily.

I suppose you could say he's more logic focused, while I'm more creativity focused.

Mmm...oh, oh! I know! Maybe you guys could try teaching each other, sometime? Like, he could teach you about technology and stuff, and you could show him how to be more creative!
