Who wants to teach a lady how to fistfight?

I'd gotten used to running around, it feels strange not to keep in shape like that anymore. It seems like a good skill to learn, besides.

I could teach you a few things. Why are you interested?

Having a dog that can shoot off electricity is nice, but I'd like to be able to protect myself without the added help.

It feels frustrating not being able to protect yourself if that's what things come down to.

That's a pretty good reason. I can teach you a few things about close-quarters-combat, how to disarm an enemy quickly and using their weapon against them... If it comes down to that.

Though these techniques probably won't protect you against Flamethrower or Thunderbolt.

With that sort of thing, I think you'd just need to be able to dodge.

Well, I've got some good dodge-roll techniques, too. What city are you in?

We're going to head back to Violet at the end of the month, I think, unless our plans change. We're just stopping at Union Cave for a few things.

I'm not going back to Violet if I can help it, since I only just arrived in Goldenrod. Maybe I could teach you a few things over video sometime then. [ Snake realized how creepy that sounded after he had already typed it, but he hoped she wouldn't take it the wrong way. ]
